Article 26 of the U.S. Constitution allows licensees to draft contracts and related forms—but with that right comes significant responsibility. This class will cover Article 26, how to protect your professional name, and the proper way to name your business. Trade names, nicknames, and company/corporate organization types will all be discussed.
